How do I track my order?
After order has been placed a tracking number will be generated and you will be able to track package from there.
What are your delivery options?
We deliver through USPS. We will ship within 1-5 business days. After Item has been delivered to the post office from our company, buyer assumes all responsibility for that package. We highly recommend buying extra insurance for your package as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for package delivery mishaps, ex: if package gets delivered to wrong address, or package is lost in delivery. It is buyers responsiblity to contact the usps postal office to inquire about your package. Please contact your local postal courier for any questions regarding your package.
How do I return an item?
After Item has been reported and approved for return we will notify you by email and you will recieve your in-store credit within 10 days of return approval.

Do you provide International delivery?we do not offer international delivery at this time.
What is your returns policy?
Our Return Policy has a 15 day grace period in which item in question may be returned upon approval. To be eligible for return, item must be in the same condition that it was recieved, unused and in original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any items returned after the 15 day grace period. Also buyer assumes responsiblity for shipping return cost.

"SALE" Items are final and are not eligible for return.
Any item that is perishable or damaged after item is in buyers care, or returned damaged is non-returnable.
All Fabulous loops collection items are also non-returnable.
